Jam Darling is not responsible for damage to equipment or injury related to the purchase and or use of any of our products. Ultimately it is up to the user to ensure proper function and integrity of the products before use.
Jam Darling is not responsible for damage caused by use of the products for uses other than their intended purpose or damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance of the product; damage to a product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any cameras, equipment, or personal property used in conjunction with the product.
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs over time as a result of normal use or ageing. Jam Darling clothing is not covered for wear and tear on their clothing line. The line of camera straps will be repaired or replaced in the event total failure of the strap resulting from wear and tear. Damage or wear and tear having only aesthetic effects is not covered by our guarantee. Damage caused by abuse, neglect or misuse of any products is not covered.
The materials appearing on Jam Darling's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Jam Darling does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Jam Darling may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Jam Darling does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The names and logos displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Jam darling. Nothing contained within this website is to be construed as granting any license or the right to use any trademark, image, graphic media or other content, without the prior written consent of Jam Darling.
Payment Terms
Full payment, including shipping costs, is required when an order is placed. Until payment has been received and cleared, we are not required to provide any goods and orders will not be dispatched. In the case where payment does not clear, Jam Darling has the right to cancel the order completely.
Product Information & Warranties
Jam Darling retains the right to refuse any purchase request made by you for legitimate grounds such as, for example, if we are not able to process your payment or if a product becomes out of stock. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email.
Products are subject to availability. If a Product becomes out of stock between the time you place an order and the time our warehouse processes it, we may cancel the purchase of said product since it is no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you and issue a refund of give you the option to wait for restocking.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a cancellation email. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will contact you.
Prices stated on the Site apply to all orders made through the Site. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs which might apply will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process. '
We reserve the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appear on the Site.
We will carry out a pre-authorization check on the card used for purchase. The product you have purchased will not be dispatched until this check has been completed and payment has been captured.
Depending on where you are located, you will be given various delivery options. The amount of the delivery fee will depend on the delivery option you decide to choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process.
You must provide complete and accurate delivery information as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend it after purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any error of delivery due to a lack of information or error on the delivery address while placing the order.
Right to cancel
The customer has the right to cancel their order, goods must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Any link to outside entities found on this website, and their related content, are outside of the control of Jam Darling and usage is at the user's/customer's own risk.
