We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all original orders.

Where third party shipping service providers are involved, the quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery & Shipping Policy. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Generally speaking items will be despatched, stock permitting within 48 hours of the order being placed. … You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Jam Darling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy:

We love our our camera straps and know you will too, so if anything should ever go wrong during normal use of our straps, we will make it right! Be it by repair, or replacement – we make sure you are set to shoot! All our camera straps have a lifetime guarantee.

For our clothing line we offer 2 years guarantee for craftsmanship defects.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your Jam Darling purchase we are happy to accept exchanges, returns and refunds on items in original condition, within 30 days of your receiving it.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, just send it in, we will be happy to help you choose what you need, and send out the replacement. We only kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs in this case.

If your gear arrives damaged or we happen to send you the wrong items, we will send you a shipping label for pickup and provide a full refund or exchange.

If you have any questions about your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns for exchange or repair should be adequately packaged, when possible in the original packaging and returns for refund must be in the original packaging and in original condition. It's a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.

If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be sent back to you, unless otherwise agreed upon. Clothing must be unused and in original condition. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on digital downloads such as presets and contracts.

Unless you indicate a different method for reimbursement, we will simply refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

Returns may take up to 30 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued, this could take up to 7 working days. We will keep you up to date along the way.

For purchases made through third-party retailers: Return policies vary from retailer to retailer, so please contact the retailer where your product was purchased for their specific return policy. Please note that Jam Darling cannot process a return for a product not purchased from Jam Darling
